Welcome Dinner @ The Pool

Join us by the pool at Triple S to kick off the weekend.

Please plan to arrive for cocktails starting at 6pm followed by dinner. We’ll conclude around 9pm.

Attire: Cocktail dresses for women and jackets encouraged for men. No jeans.

Morning Coffee @ The Victorian

We welcome everyone to join on the property in the morning. We will have a coffee cart and pastries available starting at 8 am.

We welcome everyone to enjoy the pool area to hang out and spend time with family and friends.

We kindly ask for folks to leave the property by 12pm as set up will begin for the wedding reception.

Please arrive onsite by 3:30pm to get seated for the ceremony. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

We will have a shuttle from downtown Calistoga:

Attire: Long dresses for women and suits for men. Tie optional. Recommend block heels for ladies.

After the Ceremony, we’ll head over to the patio for cocktail hour with dinner to follow.

Dinner will be served family style, with special options for those with dietary preferences.

Dancing in the Barn!

DJ and Band will end at 10pm and we will head downstairs to the speakeasy to continue the party.

Shuttles will begin departing at 10pm and continue until the after party ends at 11:30pm. Final drop off at 11:45 will be at Suzy’s bar.

Feel free to stop by for a very informal coffee and pastry before parting ways. Please plan to arrive between 8:30 - 10am.
